The location of this sticker, the hood of the car, is probably intended as a warning for approaching police officers making that walk from their cruiser back to the nervously awaiting driver. This will either make them laugh, putting them in a better mood (always a plus when a ticket is forthcoming), or, if this is a true message, it will tell them that you aren't really up for a road side sobriety test--unless of course you're looking for an indecent exposure charge to accompany that speeding ticket.
